Orkney Glass designs its own glassware and is only available either directly,
or from an approved retailer. Each piece of Lead Crystal Glassware is handmade
by experienced crafts persons using traditional methods making each piece unique.
Our glassware is made from the finest 30% Full Lead Crystal with each piece being made to order.
The first collection to be launched was the Tall Ships range of Full lead crystal Whisky Glasses
inspired by the Tall Ships that Visit Orkney each year.
The second collection to be launched is the Rosina range of Full Lead Crystal
wine glasses inspired by my good friends daughter.
The third collection to be launched is the Dister range of whisky glasses
inspired by dark rainy winter days.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to
Confirm that we have received your order.
If the goods are no longer available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the
substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
How to place order
Click on the shopping cart symbol next to the item that you wish to purchase. You will then be taken to the
shopping cart where you can delete the item or amend the quantity.
By pressing the proceed to checkout you will be taken to a secure payments page. You will be asked to
give your details.
Delivery
Delivery will be to the UK only, by Royal Mail within 30 days from receipt of order
A standard charge of £4.95 per order is added to the cost of goods
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please
e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the
service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are
packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you
fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or
deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect you legal rights
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance
with your legal rights
